L’identità di Mornese
Lo Stemma del Comune di Mornese rappresenta simboli araldici che interpretano i fatti più significativi della storia mornesina. Il colore azzurro, che campeggia nella parte superiore dello Stemma, è indice di devozione, fedeltà e amor patrio. Incastonati nella sezione azzurra si trovano, a sinistra, l’Arma Antica dei monaci cistercensi, ai quali, secondo una tradizione, Mornese deve la sua fondazione, e a destra lo Scudo di Monferrato, al quale il paese appartenne politicamente. Al centro è presente una Croce trifogliata d’oro e sotto di essa la Stella d’argento, allegoria araldica per ricordare Santa Maria Mazzarello. La Stella proietta un raggio che anch’esso è d’argento, metallo indicativo della concordia e della temperanza. Irrorato dal raggio è il castello, simbolo di Mornese e ricordo dell’antico Castrum. Il Gonfalone Comunale è stato artisticamente ricamato a mano con sete preziose da Suor Giuseppina Ansaldi delle Figlie di Maria Ausiliatrice di Moncalvo e donato dallo stesso Istituto al Comune di Mornese all’inizio degli anni Ottanta.

The identity of Mornese
The coat of arms of the Municipality of Mornese represents the heraldic symbols that interpret the most significant facts of Mornese history. The light blue color standing in the upper part of the coat of arms is a sign of devotion, loyalty and love of country. Embedded in the blue section are on the left the Ancient Weapon of the Cistercian monks to whom, according to tradition, Mornese owes its foundation, and on the right is the Shield of Monferrato, to which the village belonged politically. In the centre, is the gold trifoliated cross and below it the Silver Star, a heraldic allegory in memory of Santa Maria Mazzarello. The Star projects a ray that is also silver, a metal indicative of concord and temperance. Sprinkled by the ray is the castle, the symbol of Mornese, reminder of the ancient Castrum. The Community Banner was artistically embroidered by hand with precious silks by Sister Giuseppina Ansaldi of the Daughters of Maria Ausiliatrice from Moncalvo and donated by the same Institute to the village of Mornese at the beginning of the 1980s.

Les armoires de la Ville de Mornese représentent des symboles héraldiques qui interprètent les faits les plus significatifs de l'histoire du village. La couleur bleue, qui se dresse au sommet des armoiries, est une indication de dévotion, de fidélité et de l’amour de la Patrie. Situé dans la section bleue, il y a, à gauche, l'ancienne arme des moines cisterciens, à laquelle, selon une tradition, Mornese doit sa fondation, et à droite le bouclier du Monferrato, auquel le village appartenait politiquement. Dans le centre, il y a une croix d'or tréflé et sous elle l'étoile d'argent, allégorie héraldique en souvenir de Santa Maria Mazzarello. L'étoile projette un rayon, également en argent, métal symbole de la concorde et de la tempérance. Inondé par le rayon est le château, symbole de Mornese en souvenir de l'ancien castrum. La bannière municipale a été artistiquement brodée à la main avec des soies précieuses par sœur Giuseppina Ansaldi des filles de Marie Auxiliatrice de Moncalvo et donnée par le même Institut à la municipalité de Mornese au début des années quatre-vingt.du siècle passé.

Das Gemeindewappen von Mornese stellt die heraldischen Symbole dar, welche bedeutende Ereignisse der lokalen Geschichte in Erinnerung rufen. Die hellblaue Farbe im oberen Teil des Wappens drückt Zuwendung, Treue und Heimatliebe aus. Links oben das alte Wappen der Zisterzienser, die unsere Gemeinde Mornese gründeten; rechts das Monferrato-Schild, unter dem das Dorf politisch gedieh. In der Mitte sehen wir ein dreiblättriges goldenes Kreuz und darunter einen silbernen Stern, der allegorisch auf die heilige Maria Mazzarello deutet. Der Stern wirft einen ebenso silbernen Strahl, weil dieses Metall Sinnbild von Eintracht und Mäßigung ist. Unter dem Strahl glänzt die Burg, Wahrzeichen von Mornese und Hinweis auf die alte Festung. Das Wappen der Gemeinde ist kunstvoll von Schwester Giuseppina Ansaldi des Ordens der FMA aus Moncalvo handgestickt worden; dieses Nonneninstitut hat die gestickte Standarte Anfang der achtziger Jahre der Gemeinde Mornese geschenkt.

Герб города Морнезе представляет собой геральдические символы, которые интерпретируют наиболее значимые события в истории Морнезе. Синий цвет, который выделяется в верхней части Герба, является символом преданности, верности и любви к родине. Расположенные на голубом фоне: слева – древнее оружие цистерцианских монахов, которым, согласно легенде, Морнезе обязано своим основанием, справа – щит Монферрато, которому город некоторое время принадлежал политически. В центре представлен трёхлистный золотой Крест, под ним серебряная Звезда, геральдическая аллегория, чтобы помнить Святую Марию Мадзарелло. Звезда бросает луч, также из серебра, металл, служащий символом согласия и умеренности. Освещенный лучом предстает замок, символ Морнезе и напоминание древнего Castrum. Знамя города было вручную вышито драгоценной шелковой нитью монахиней Джузеппиной Ансальди Дочерей Марии Аузилиатриче из Монкальво и принесено в дар этим Институтом Мэрии Морнезе в начале 80-х годов XX века.
